What is Chronicle?
Chronicle is Brooklyn's strength-driven hybrid training community — built for measurable progress, real coaching, and a team that pushes you to grow.
Dual-Coach Led
Two coaches in every session means real instruction and personal feedback.
Structured Programming
Every session is designed with intention—no random workouts.
Community Focused
Meet you where you are while moving you forward, together.
How Classes Work
Four training formats built around your goal: Split, Team, Dual, and Club. Every session is 50–75 minutes, dual-coached, and designed with intention.

What to Bring
Chronicle is for athletes who want more
We built Chronicle for people who've outgrown community-less bootcamps and generic fitness. If you're ready to train with purpose, this is your gym.
You want more than random WODs or bootcamps
You care about getting stronger, not just sweating
You want coaching, not just counting reps or working for time
You're looking for a community that actually trains together

The Chronicle Origin

Chronicle is a tribute to my father, born in 1951, who always dreamed of opening his own gym. His vision of a place where people could train together, push each other, and build real strength—that dream lives on in Chronicle.
After 6+ years as a certified personal trainer and 3+ years running a top-performing boutique fitness studio in NYC, I saw what worked and what didn't. The fitness industry had plenty of classes, but very few communities.
Chronicle is the conditioning ground for athletes and everyday movers who want more than a workout—they want to be part of something being built together.

What Our Athletes Say
Don't just take our word for it
"Training with Cascio changed my relationship with fitness. He knows when to push or adjust, makes workouts fun but challenging, and keeps me consistent and confident."

Caroline

"Class was great! Detailed coaching and incredible instruction. Really liked the ability to pick between strength or conditioning. Can't wait to do it again."

Chris
Pop-up Class Attendee
"Classes at Chronicle are exactly what I've been wanting from group class fitness that I can't seem to find anywhere else- weight training that gives proper time for full sets, and focused circuits that have enough variety to keep it interesting. So fun and love how it almost feels like personal training in a class format"
